The course presents recent advances in hybrid catalytic processes aimed at the development of green and sustainable technologies for the ecological and energy transition. Methodologies beyond traditional thermal heterogeneous catalysis will be addressed, including photocatalysis, photoelectrocatalysis, photothermal catalysis, plasma-assisted catalysis, sonocatalysis, and microwave-assisted catalysis. Environmental applications (water and air purification) and energy-related applications (H₂ production, solar fuels, CO₂ valorization) will be analyzed.
